Trinity St Peter’s School

Our primary school is shared between St. Peter’s and Holy Trinity, churches in Formby.

The school is a popular and successful one-form entry primary school with a nursery and wrap-around care provision, “Clubhouse”. It has a strong Christian ethos, providing a caring, friendly and supportive environment where children can shine.

Eco Church

We are part of the Eco Church Network: we aim to show that the gospel is good news for God’s earth.

Our vision is to care for creation as an integral part of loving our neighbours and following God faithfully. In a time of unprecedented environmental stresses churches need to respond to God’s mandate to human beings to care for His creation, by integrating environmental care throughout their church’s life and mission. That is what we are doing and hope to do better in St Peter’s.

The Eco Church award scheme helps us focus on areas we can improve:
• Worship and teaching
• Management of church buildings
• Management of church land
• Community and global engagement
• Lifestyle

We have the Silver Eco Award and we are working towards the Gold Award. If you are interested in being involved please send us an email office@stpetersformby.co.uk .
